I stayed in the room that was clean & updated and available with whirlpool. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were great.

The rooms here come with whirlpools, which is a pretty cool touch. They've got a nice design and the food is fresh. The staff are really attentive, which is always a plus! 🛁

Controls on adjustable bed didn't work, toilet broke in the middle of the night so I had to fix it, sheets did not fit the bed--too small and came off at corners, no light blankets, only heavy comforter. Breakfast over-priced at $10. People were very nice and gave us a very small discount. Will not go there again--expected more for $179 per night. Inexpensive hotels do better for less.

Open air feeling, comfortable, semi private whirlpool instead of out in the middle of the room.

I booked 3 rooms. One family of 3 was meant for the King Whirlpool accommodations. When I requested a roll away, I was told it was against the fire code. I was NOT told that there was a hide-a-bed in the couch. Child, who has special needs, would have to sleep on floor. My room mate and I traded rooms and notified desk. Still NOT told of hide a bed. Also, it was pretty expensive for no breakfast to be included.

The room had great amenities like climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven which I loved. The staff at the hotel was exceptional and incredibly nice. The hotel is located in a suburban area, which I found convenient. Mackenzie River Pizza is within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff provided extra care and were excellent. The rooms were newly renovated and modern, with private bathrooms. Rooms also had a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. The check-in process was smooth, and check out was fast.

My stay was very positive and I would stay here again. The hotel was clean with new-fashioned and updated rooms. The staff were exceptionally nice. The suburban location was a plus. Bars and restaurants were also near the venue.

The room I booked was clean and updated with two queen beds, and I really liked that they provided central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven.

The room was spotless and had a jacuzzi tub, along with wake-up service. I appreciated having a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator in the room. The location was fantastic, being very close to various restaurants and shopping options. The hotel is situated in a nice area, which was convenient for my four-day business trip in Columbus.

The location was amazing, just off so many restaurants, shops, and activities. I enjoyed the room with a spa tub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. the food provided was fresh.
